Payment Terms
We accept T/T or L/C. Payment terms require 50% advanced payment before processing the order, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the order.
Shipment Time
Orders typically ship within 30 days from the processing date.
Packing
Spices are packed in standard PP bags weighing 10/25/50 Kg. Customized packing with your company name and design on the label is available upon request.
Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantities are flexible and can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka for the resolution of any disputes.
